Certified Wound and Ostomy Nurse-Advanced Practice
Jessica Shrock, FNP-C, CWON-AP joined Surgical Alliance in 2018, bringing a strong knowledge of Wound Care combined with Primary Care. Prior to obtaining her degree as a nurse practitioner, Jessica worked as an Emergency Department and float pool nurse for 10 years. Jessica has obtained her Wound Ostomy Nurse Advanced Practice Certification, working to improve access to care for patients with ostomies in Middle Tennessee. In addition, as a veteran of the United States Air Force, Jessica strives to provide improved access to care for Veterans in Southern Kentucky and Middle Tennessee.
Jessica provides care to patients with a wide variety of conditions, including acute and chronic wounds, peripheral arterial disease, preoperative and postoperative care. In addition, she also provides in office procedures. She has been providing care to the Surgical Alliance patients in our Clarksville location since 2018, as well as to patients at the NorthCrest and Hendersonville Wound Care Centers.
Jessica has since added clinics in both the Springfield and Hendersonville locations.
